Old Yeller  (1957)

Based on the Newbery-winning book, this Walt Disney classic tells a timeless tale about a boy and his dog. Left in charge while his father is away, 15-year-old Travis must deal with the stray Golden Retriever that arrives at the Coates family farm. Old Yeller eventually wins over the family by protecting them and teaches them lessons about love, loss and growing up.
