The Witches  (1990)

A nine-year-old boy and his wise granny are all that stand between the Grand High Witch of England and her sinister scheme to turn the children of England into mice.  Anjelica Huston is at her delightfully nefarious best in this adaptation of Roald Dahl’s ghoulish classic, which also features the darkly imaginative puppetry of Jim Henson.
